Useful information to prepare the conference:

Wifi:

If you DO NOT have access to the EduRoam network, please send an email to Stephane.Marchand-Maillet@unige.ch with “[IEEE-CBI] Wifi” in the subject line.

You will then receive an email with identifiers, please bring that information with you.

Presentation length:

20 minutes + 10 minutes for questions/discussion

Dietary requirements:

If you require Vegetarian dishes, please send an email to Stephane.Marchand-Maillet@unige.ch with “[IEEE-CBI] Catering” in the subject line.

Free local transport:

Any visitor who stays in a hotel is entitled to claim a free transportation card. Read more here:

Arriving at the airport, a ticket machine just before the customs at the exit of the luggage hall issues free 80 mins tickets to join your hotel.

Tip for the social events:

The Reception and the Diner will be open air. The evenings are currently chilly in Geneva, a light jacket would conveniently do the trick…
